Job Description

We're on the hunt for a creative, hungry, and experienced marketing manager to build and execute on the strategy for how we engage with influencers at Freed. As part of our marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in forming the company's influencer marketing strategy and owning all aspects of the program strategy and execution for the AI-clinician assistant category. This role is pivotal in helping to grow Freed into the most loved, known and respected brand for clinicians.


  • Build the influencer marketing strategy including: program development, clinician acquisition, measurement and management of program.
  • Manage all influencer marketing operations such as communication directly with influencer partners and agencies, craft creative briefs and execute on the partnership.
  • Build the influencer pipeline including identification, segmentation and outreach strategy for influencers.
  • Build and forecast the overall budget.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure influencer partnerships are aligned with business objectives, including audience growth goals and overall communications strategy.
  • Collect metrics and provide strategic analytics reporting weekly and monthly alongside monitoring of influencer campaign performance in real time.
  • As a part of the overall influencer program manage top influencers long term to ensure brand favorability.

Job requirements

  • 6+ years of marketing experience that includes managing influencer marketing programs and campaigns and/or PR experience working with influencers.
  • Ability to build the strategy, execute and report on/measure effectiveness of the strategy. 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and engage with product and engineering teams.
  • Experience working with influencers in the Healthcare space is a plus.
